I&#8217;m really looking forward to diving in and learning more.<\/p>\n<p>Diffused, neutral lighting (e.g. on a cloudy\/overcast day) allows forms and local colours to stay true without bias from harsh light and shadow.<\/p>\n<p>One valuable lesson I&#8217;ve learned so far is to practise staying consistent with colour relationships. (e.g. ensure the darkest part in the painting stays the darkest, relative to all other colours).
