My fondest memories of childhood was walking with my grandmother in her garden with tons of peonies everywhere. She would cut them and put them in beautiful cut glass vases. Right now I am trying to paint roses. daisies,and blue bells . DEBI COULES and JOANNE COLETTI paint roses in a very distinctive style . You might look them up. I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH LIVING IN A HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFULPURPLE IRISES, AND WHITE LILACS .Best Regards ,a fellow flower lover

Thanks Anna! Art Academy is great fun and is surprisingly user friendly. I’m also pretty impressed by the mediums and textures available from this little game. I would love to see your paintings if you decide to pick it up!

As a caveat, I’m comfortable with digital painting and have been painting on my Wacom tablet for years. That said, I still think Art Academy is user friendly, even for artists who aren’t familiar with painting on a digital screen as opposed to traditional media! As an added bonus, it’s convenient to have a portable art kit like your 3DS kicking around in your bag, at your disposal.

I was just browsing through google images and it just so happened I came across this image. My first reaction was like “woah, this was made on the 3ds?! Its amazing.”
Haha really want to get this game now. Is it worth it?
