I love your openness, Cones! You always have a broad scope, and that is one of the many reasons why I've enjoyed knowing you these past years.
Just a question...if it's a matter of what you want to be daily (and not what you dream of being 'some day'), might that leave room for some fickle decision-making? In other words...can living that way still accommodate for a long-term dream? For someone pursuing a grand-schemed dream, they might not be motivated every single day to achieve it, but they will truck on regardless, because they know that's what they decided on from the beginning.

when i was a kid i wanted to be an artist. then an aerospace engineer or an astronaut. then an architect. finally, a crime scene investigator with a specialty in blood spatter analysis in the present. and yet, i still find myself wanting to be a profiler for the FBI or even work in counter terrorism and even still, get a law degree. i realize what i want to be and what i will be, and yet that will never suffice. i have found that one of my passions is justice, as is art and education. it took me a long time to find the perfect fit that encompassed everything.further still, i aim to be a wonderful husband and a loving father; a dependable and trustworthy friend;a dreamer and a doer. i guess my point to all this rambling on and on, is that for me, its not a matter of what i wanted to be when i grew up, but a matter of what i want to be everyday; fueled by people nad events near and far, experience past, present, and future. my twenties are my childhood, as will be my thirties, forties and so on.

good thoughts najin...and thats why ive been reading for the years ive known you;) have a good day:)
